Kevin McDonald is Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Credera, Onmicom Group's (NYSE: OMC) global digital transformation consultancy. He is responsible for leading Credera’s business strategy, culture, people, clients, growth, operations, and financial performance across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and India.Kevin joined Credera in 2016 and successfully built the Houston office from a small presence with no local brand or clients to a vibrant, mature office with great culture, leadership team, and a diverse roster of clients. He was then promoted to Global Chief Growth Officer to accelerate the firm’s growth by leading global revenue, marketing, partnerships, and sales collaboration across its group of consulting and digital companies. Kevin now leads Credera’s APAC region as the firm continues to expand globally. Kevin’s professional background includes over 29 years of management consulting, digital, and technology enablement experience, with most of the last decade focused at the intersection of customer experience, data, and digital transformation. His previous experiences span consulting and industry roles at global technology firms like IBM, Dell, and Microsoft as well as senior executive roles at US-based consulting firms. He has led business-to-business sales and marketing organizations, product marketing organizations, consulting offices and practices, and served in Chief Information Officer advisory roles at Fortune 500 clients.Kevin graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and from Omnicom Group’s Senior Management Program at Babson College. Outside of work, Kevin has been married to his wife, Nicki, for over 29 years, and they have three children. He is an avid world traveler, golfer, foodie, and servant leader who is passionate about community service and making the world a better place.
